Wemuse is a music notation editor for Android tablets, published by DeepFounder ("we", "us"). You write sheet music by hand with a stylus and the app turns it into engraved notation.

This policy explains, in plain terms, what Wemuse does and does not do with your information.

What we collect

Nothing. Wemuse has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting of its own. The app does not request the internet permission, so it is technically unable to send anything from your device.

One clarification, so the sentence above is exact: the Google Play Billing library built into the app includes a Google logging component. Because the app has no internet permission, that component cannot transmit anything either.

What stays on your device

Purchases

The optional full-version purchase is processed entirely by Google Play under Google's privacy policy. Wemuse never sees your payment details. To know whether the full version is unlocked, the app asks the Google Play app on your device and remembers the answer locally; nothing is sent to us.

Reviews

Wemuse may show Google Play's in-app review prompt. It is handled by the Google Play app; Wemuse does not see whether or how you respond.

Device backup

If you have enabled Android backup, Android may include your scores in your personal Google backup, under your Google account and your device settings. This is a feature of Android, not of Wemuse; we never receive or can read this data. You can turn it off in your device's backup settings.

Children

Wemuse collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
